Fly-In Community

The Fields: Phase One

Fly-in community living.

FLYING, the largest media brand dedicated to general aviation, is planning to develop a fly-in outdoor adventure resort and residential community on 1,500 acres directly in between Dunlap and Pikeville, TN, in the Sequatchie Valley. At maturity, the community will host at least 800 residential homes, many with hangars attached, 180 vacation villa rental homes, 35 community hangars, and an outdoor adventure resort center.

The Fields is located in a Class G airspace and will be the only paved airport within 30 miles – this eliminates the hassles of dealing with air traffic control or congestion.
